Frank Contreras is a construction executive with over twenty years of commercial construction and safety experience in the NY & NJ areas. His experience and driven nature have garnered him much respect within the construction industry. With a proven track record working on many successful multi-million-dollar projects in both the public and private sectors, Frank has developed an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience in his ability to manage complex projects safely and successfully.

Michael DiTommaso

Project Executive


Mike DiTommaso began his career in the construction industry as a carpenter, working on various jobs in the NJ Metropolitan area. Prior to his employment with Industry Drywall Corp., Mike worked as a Project Manager and a Senior Project Engineer for a national developer on numerous high-profile projects in the NYC, NJ & Philadelphia areas. Mike’s time on these projects gives him the unique knowledge and understanding of the necessary coordination between all trades as well as the particular nuances of a specialty drywall contractor. Mike graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development and Construction.

Judge Robert K. Holdman

Corporate Governance


Judge Robert Holdman served on the NY State Supreme Court from 2005-2011. Aside from holding this esteemed position, he has served as outside general council, compliance consultant, in addition to being the Ethics & Best Practices consultant to the Kings county District Attorney’s office. Judge Holdman has also served on the Executive Advisory Committee of the National Center for Judicial Security with the US Marshal Service, US Department of Justice. Judge Holdman also served fourteen years with the Bronx District Attorney’s office. In the academic year 2001-2002, Harvard University School of Law awarded then Assistant District Attorney Holdman the Wasserstein Public Interest Fellowship. He has also served as an adjunct professor at his alma matter Fordham University.
